SBA

The Seat Belt Anchorages (SBA) test rig is intended for strength tests on safety-belt, ISOFIX and top tether anchorages according to worldwide regulations such as ECE R14 or FMVSS 210 as well as advanced R&D testing procedures of top car makers and leading seats makers due to the enhanced loading capacities of SBA.

SBA typical configuration consists on three Crossing Beams –rows– with three identical actuators (servo-electric or servo-hydraulic) on each one being the lower row for ISOFIX & inertia forces actuators (lower load capacity) meanwhile the other two (central and upper) rows are for lap & shoulder belt actuators (higher load capacity).
