ALIS

Active Lateral Intrusion Simulation system (ALIS) is intended to reproduce the biomechanical loads in the dummies caused by the intrusion of the car side into the occupants’ survival space during side impact tests (barrier MDB or pole tests).

The rams of its High Dynamic Actuators (HDA) are equipped with position transducers which allow the multi-signal model-based advanced Control System to achieve outstanding accuracies and synchronization among actuators and, if applicable, with catapult.

ENCOPIM modular design allows customer to interchange ALIS from On-sled to Off-sled to Stand-alone choosing the most appropiate configuration for each use case. ALIS frame is compatible with the catapults available in the market.
