On-board ALIS ready

Ready to go! Another Active Lateral Intrusion Simulation (ALIS) system to be set on-board a CSA sled has been successfully tested at our crash simulation Lab of Assembly & Verification and is ready to be shipped to our customer!

ALIS is a crash simulation system intended to reproduce the biomechanical loads in the dummies caused by the intrusion of the car into the occupants’ survival space in side impact tests. Besides setting it on-board the sled, it can also be anchored to the floor (off-board configuration) or stand-alone.
